1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using Prep DELE C2, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

Prep DELE C2 is a preparation app for the DELE C2 exam. It provides practice exams, educational content, and progress tracking tools. We are not an examination center and are not affiliated with Instituto Cervantes.

3. User account

You can use basic features without an account. To sync progress across devices, you'll need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store.
• Renewal is automatic unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings.
• We do not offer direct refunds; refunds are handled through Apple.

5. Intellectual property

All app content (texts, audio, design, code) is the property of Prep DELE C2. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written authorization.

6. Limitation of liability

Prep DELE C2 is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that you will pass the DELE C2 exam. Results depend on individual effort and other factors.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to:

• Share account credentials with third parties.
• Attempt to access premium content without a valid subscription.
• Copy or redistribute app content.
• Reverse engineer the app.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
